Payments for sessions are processed through third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and applicable taxes displayed at checkout.
Xpertzy does not store sensitive payment information.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests are governed by Xpertzy's Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Refund eligibility may depend on factors such as timing, session status, and platform policies.
The Platform may offer a session recording feature. Where this feature is enabled and used, recordings and any resources shared during the session may be made available to users for future reference.

Experts retain ownership of their content, materials, and intellectual property shared during sessions, unless otherwise agreed.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that participation in sessions and reliance on any guidance is at your own discretion.
Xpertzy may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
